You don’t just organize, you make things happen. You keep projects on track down to the details, without losing sight of the bigger picture.

We’re MOTOR. A Berlin-based creative agency built on Creativity. Craft. Character. We work with brands like Wolt, Netflix, VfL Wolfsburg, ZDF, and LIQUI MOLY creating campaigns, content, and productions that go out into the world, not just sit in presentation decks.

What you’ll do:

- Manage campaign projects from kick-off to delivery
- Act as the link between clients, creatives, and production
- Keep timelines, budgets, and deliverables under control

You’re a great fit if you:

- Have initial experience in project management, ideally within an agency
- Bring structure to complex, fast-moving projects
- Are comfortable juggling multiple workstreams
- Communicate clearly and enjoy working collaboratively

What you’ll get:
